恒隆宣布其1,100万港元赈灾基金的过渡性住宿支持计划现接受申请

中国香港及上海 – Media OutReach Newswire – 2025年12月2日 – 为支持大埔宏福苑火灾受影响居民,恒隆集团及恒隆地产(”恒隆”)今日宣布开始接受灾民申请计划中的免租金 的 过渡性居所,作为其1,100万港元”大埔宏福苑火灾赈灾基金”的支持措施之一,以协助灾民渡过难关。

“康兰居过渡性住宿支持计划”将为此前受大埔宏福苑火灾影响而顿失居所的居民提供临时住宿。 作为支持社区承诺的一部分,恒隆将提供位于鲗鱼涌康兰居的20个服务式住宅单位作为过渡性居所,并免收租金及管理费,为期两个月。 单位类型由开放式至三房不等,以应付不同家庭的需要。

申请及分配详情

申请资格: 计划适用于所有受火灾影响的大埔宏福苑住户
申请日期 : 由 即日(2025年12月2日)起开始接受报名
申请方法: 受影响居民可提交网上申请,详情请浏览恒隆地产网站
结果通知: 第一批成功申请者将于2025年12月5日接获通知
入住日期: 成功申请者预计可于2025年12月5日起开始入住

由于单位数量有限,单位将按公平、合理及以最有迫切需要人士优先的原则进行分配。
