Chin Hin Group Property Berhad (CHGP) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chin Hin Property (Stulang) Sdn Bhd (CHPSSB), has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) with Atlan Holdings Berhad, through its indirect subsidiary Kelana Megah Sdn Bhd (KMSB). This strategic collaboration will lead to the development of a landmark mixed-use project in Johor Bahru, further expanding CHGP’s presence in this key growth area.
The development will take place on a 4.29-acre (approximately 17,342 square meters) parcel of leasehold land in Johor Bahru, Johor. With an estimated gross
development value (GDV) of RM478.42 million, the development will comprise two blocks of serviced apartments featuring 1,260 residential units, 10 retail lots, and multi-storey car parks.

Strategic Partnership with Atlan Holdings Berhad
Atlan Holdings Berhad, through its indirect subsidiary Kelana Megah Sdn Bhd, brings its extensive property development expertise to this collaboration. Under the JDA, Atlan Holdings Berhad will be entitled to 18% of the total net saleable area (NSA) of the project, reinforcing the mutually beneficial nature of this partnership.
