越秀交通(1052)中期業績股東應佔盈利增長近一成半

香港 – Media OutReach Newswire – 2025年8月15日 – 越秀交通(1052)公佈2025年中期業績,收入錄得人民幣20.99億元,同比上升14.9%;股東應佔盈利為人民幣3.61億元,同比上升14.9%。公司堅持穩定的派息政策,中期股息每股0.12港元,中期派息比率50%。

去年,11月公司從母公司收購了河南平臨高速,期內該項目帶來路費收入約2.56億元,應佔盈利約0.42億元,持續為公司發展帶來新動能,有利於公司長遠發展。

上半年,公司收入及股東應佔盈利均實現雙位數增長。十個控股項目整體日均路費收入及整體日均收費車流量均錄得同比增長。資產負債率進一步降低,財務結構持續優化,債務久期進一步延長。資產負債率為57.9%,較2024年年末下降1.0個百分點。整體加權平均融資利率為2.57%,較2024年同期下降0.48個百分點。

公司致力於成為國內領先的交通基建資產管理公司,堅持以「3331」發展戰略為指引,完善三大平台(上市平台、REITs平台、孵化平台);提升三大核心能力(投資能力、運維與建設管理能力、資本運作能力);聚焦三大方向(高速公路主業、重點地區、拓展相關輔業)。

公司將繼續把握高速公路投資併購的戰略機遇期,立足粵港澳大灣區和中東部地區,兼顧其他受益於城市化進程、工業化發展較快的區域,充分借助三平台互動的模式,堅持做強做大以收費公路為主的基礎設施業務。
