蒙牛2025年半年報:持續深耕 國際化業務漸入佳境

中國北京 – Media OutReach Newswire – 2025年9月4日 – 8月27日,蒙牛乳業(2319.HK)發布2025年度中期業績公告,顯示今年上半年實現收入415.7億元,經營利潤35.4億元,同比增長13.4%。同時,得益於蒙牛持續推進的精益化管理成效顯著,上半年其經營現金流實現同比增長46.2%,經營利潤率提升1.5個百分點至8.5%。

業績發布後,基於對未來前景的看好,蒙牛獲得摩根大通等機構進一步增持,星展集團(DBS)及申萬宏源等則給予蒙牛「買入」評級。

深入在地經營的艾雪冰淇淋

在財報中,蒙牛的國際業務表現亮眼。公開數據顯示,艾雪冰淇淋於2015年進入印尼市場,三年內年銷售額從2,000萬元增長至12億元,目前該品牌年營收已突破20億元,在印尼市場市佔率達34%,位居市場第一,同時在菲律賓市場排名第二,在越南市場市佔率躍升至行業第二,並已拓展至泰國等周邊國家。

艾雪品牌創新實施「冰櫃投放計劃」,累計向印尼鄉村地區投放近60萬台冰櫃,覆蓋約40萬家零售終端,並配套提供電費補貼政策,有效構建了銷售網絡。值得注意的是,艾雪透過策略性投資建立了完整的本地化供應鏈體系,包括以合資方式建設冷鏈基礎設施,以及在印尼自建三座生產基地,有效解決了跨境物流的瓶頸問題。

目前艾雪在東南亞地區已建成4座生產基地,其「研發 + 通路 + 供應鏈」的本地化營運模式,不僅在東南亞構築了堅實的競爭壁壘,更為拓展其他市場提供了可借鑑的經驗。

貝拉米助力全球業務體系升級

貝拉米有機奶粉作為蒙牛國際化戰略的重要支柱,正在東南亞市場展現出強勁的增長動能。作為源自澳洲的有機嬰幼兒食品品牌,貝拉米旗下高端產品線「貝拉米白金有機A2」持續高速增長。貝拉米在東南亞高端母嬰市場的成功布局,也推動了蒙牛全球業務體系的完善與升級。

據了解,貝拉米近年持續拓展東南亞市場,其中越南市場表現尤為突出,有力帶動奶粉業務增速超越行業平均。據悉,該品牌2025年上半年已完成產品線升級,經典藍罐系列及有機藍盾系列新品已陸續登陸澳洲與越南市場。值得關注的是,在近期舉行的經銷商簽約儀式上,澳洲政府駐越南的貿易與投資參贊親自出席見證,這是對貝拉米產品品質的高度肯定。貝拉米在越南市場的品牌影響力持續提升,不僅多次獲得越南國家電視台專題報導,還通過接待越南政府代表團及行業協會考察團,進一步提高了品牌在當地市場的認知度。

國際化邁入新階段

在業內人士看來,乳品行業國際化面臨供應鏈、產品本地化與品牌信任度等多重挑戰,蒙牛的國際化戰略突破了單一產品輸出模式,透過「產品-品牌-文化」三位一體的策略,構建了立體化的出海體系。

在品牌層面,蒙牛借助全球影響力IP強化情感連結,體育行銷成果顯著。自2018年成為FIFA世界盃首家中國乳品贊助商後,持續贊助世界盃、奧運會,透過「我不是天生強大,我只是天生要強」的主張,將「要強」精神與體育拼搏精神綁定,加深全球對其品牌價值與乳品品質的認同。

在文化輸出方面,蒙牛化身中華文化的傳播者,融入文化出海的大敘事中。例如與《哪吒2》合作,不僅推出聯名產品,更將IP創意推向全球。

蒙牛的國際化展現出中國品牌出海的新路徑:從產品本地化、品牌IP化到文化共鳴化,實現從「中國製造」輸出者到「中國價值」傳播者的轉變,完成從「走出去」「走進去」到「走上去」的升級,以戰略定力與文化自信穩步邁向國際舞台。
