2024年全年業績 - 財務摘要

  • 本公司股東應佔綜合淨虧損:港幣2.3億元(港幣4.66億元)
  • 每股基本虧損:港幣11.29分(港幣22.89分)
  • 無末期股息(無末期股息)

香港 – Media OutReach Newswire – 2025年2月19日 – 盈科大衍地產發展有限公司(「盈大地產」,香港聯交所股份代號:00432)今日宣佈截至2024年12月31日止年度全年業績。

盈大地產及其附屬公司(統稱「本集團」)的綜合收入為港幣9.01億元,較2023年收入港幣8.22億元增加百分之十。

2024年本公司股東應佔綜合淨虧損為港幣2.3億元,而2023年淨虧損為港幣4.66億元。

2024年每股基本虧損為港幣11.29分,而2023年每股虧損為港幣22.89分。

董事會不建議派發截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期股息。

盈大地產在2024年錄得穩健業績,反映集團業務已重回增長軌道。國際旅遊業強勁復甦,加上日圓貶值,令集團受惠不淺。我們位於日本北海道的二世古花園柏悅酒店之入住率和收入,亦因為日本旅客數字屢創新高而大幅增長。

截至2023/24年冬季,包含滑雪吊車及滑雪纜車在內的滑雪次數較疫情前(即2018/19年冬季)增長百分之七十。在冬季以外的月份,日本旅遊業的蓬勃發展繼續帶動我們在二世古經營的康樂業務。

位於印尼雅加達的頂級商業物業Pacific Century Place, Jakarta (「PCP Jakarta」)的出租率於年內表現保持穩定,持續為集團的穩定收入來源之一。截至2024年12月31日止年度,已承諾的寫字樓樓面出租率為百分之八十五,2023年出租率為百分之八十三。

香港中環己連拿利3–6號的物業發展項目上層建築工程已於2024年4月展開,工程進展良好。該項目計劃於2026年初竣工。

長遠來看,我們對香港、日本、泰國和印尼的房地產行業持謹慎樂觀態度,並深信集團有能力不斷改善自身業績,旨在2025年繼續為集團帶來最大回報。

盈大地產副主席及集團董事總經理林裕兒先生表示:「我們會繼續密切留意市場內任何風險因素和變化,並同時維持審慎積極的態度靈活應對,致力鞏固盈大地產的業務基礎,制定有效的經營策略,以提升盈利,最終為持份者創造理想回報。」
