內地銷售雙位數增長 本港客流穩步上揚

中國香港及上海 – Media OutReach Newswire – 2025年10月10日 – 恒隆地產有限公司(香港聯交所股份代號:00101)(「公司」或「恒隆」)公布,位於內地及香港的物業組合於2025年國慶黃金周首四天(10月1日至4日)期間的初步營運數據。內地商場表現強勁,租戶銷售額及客流均錄得顯著增長;香港商場客流亦穩步回升。

恒隆地產旗下內地物業組合於國慶黃金周期間推出豐富的營銷活動及有效的會員促銷策略,首四天總租戶銷售額較去年同期(四天)增長約15%,展示出強勁的復甦勢頭。增長最突出的分別是武漢恒隆廣場及上海港匯恒隆廣場,租戶銷售額分別激增逾70%及50%。會員銷售方面,首四天整體按年升近20%,成績令人鼓舞。

值得一提的是,國慶日(10月1日)當天,內地物業組合的租戶銷售額按年增長逾20%,旗下七成營運商場均錄得雙位數增長。武漢恒隆廣場憑藉人氣IP「黄油小熊」(ButterBear)秋日烘焙工坊華中首展吸引大量顧客到場,租戶銷售額更較去年翻倍。

客流方面亦見活躍,整體內地物業組合於10月1日至4日按年上升3%。其中,無錫及武漢的恒隆廣場表現出眾,首四天客流較去年同期增幅均超20%。

香港物業組合人流回升 山頂廣場增幅逾兩成

香港物業組合方面,國慶黃金周首四天的客流按年錄得4%的增長,反映本地消費氣氛有所改善。其中,山頂廣場表現尤為突出,客流按年增長達26%,為整體客流增長作出主要貢獻。
