内地销售双位数增长 香港客流稳步上扬

中国香港及上海 – Media OutReach Newswire – 2025年10月10日 – 恒隆地产有限公司(香港联交所股份代号:00101)(”公司”或 “恒隆”)公布,旗下内地及香港的物业组合于2025年国庆黄金周前四日(10月1日至4日)的初步营运数据。内地商场表现强劲,租户销售额及客流均录得显著增长;香港商场客流亦稳步回升。

恒隆地产旗下内地物业组合于国庆黄金周期间推出丰富的营销活动及有效的会员促销策略,前四日总租户销售额较去年同期(四日)增长约15%,展示出强劲的复苏势头。增长最突出的分别是武汉恒隆广场及上海港汇恒隆广场,租户销售额分别激增逾70%及50%。会员销售方面,前四日整体按年升近20%,成绩令人鼓舞。

值得一提的是,国庆节(10月1日)当天,内地物业组合的租户销售额按年增长逾20%,旗下七成营运商场均录得双位数增长。武汉恒隆广场凭借人气IP “黄油小熊” (ButterBear)秋日烘焙工坊华中首展吸引大量顾客到场,租户销售额更较去年翻倍。

客流方面亦见活跃,整体内地物业组合于10月1日至4日同比上升3%。其中,无锡及武汉的恒隆广场表现出众,首四日客流较去年同期增幅均超20%。

香港物业组合客流回升 山顶广场增幅逾两成

香港物业组合方面,国庆黄金周首四日的客流按年录得4%的增长,反映本地消费气氛有所改善。其中,山顶广场表现尤为突出,客流按年增长达26%,为整体客流增长作出主要贡献。
